RICE HOSPITAL DISTRICT BOARD OF DIRECTORS |
Rice Medical Center is a hospital district, which makes it a government entity. The Board of Directors consists of nine elected members. Each member serves a term of two years. The Board members receive no compensation for their duties. They meet monthly in an open meeting, which means that the meeting is posted and the public is welcome to attend. They are responsible for hiring and evaluating the hospital Administrator. |
